The bill seeks to amend the Social Security Act to allow states to use grants to support pregnancy centers that offer resources and services to mothers, fathers, and families. This includes organizations that support protecting the life of the mother and unborn child and offer services such as relationship counseling, prenatal and pregnancy education, pregnancy testing, and material supports. The bill aims to prohibit discrimination against pregnancy centers and ensure they can receive support under the specified conditions.
